Eleven artworks were selected for this program (seen on the corridor walls) based on their conceptual, aesthetic, and art-historical connection to Alison Saar’s adjacent sculpture Flourish (2021). The artworks explore themes of migration, diaspora, ancestral knowledge, setting roots, and self-determination.
