a. cover: cachet with color illustration of aircraft in flight over route map an two statues with text "Via air mail, P.I.-U.S. flight" with handwritten notation of distance between stops and typewritten "2nd flight"; postmark on front: March 3, 1936, Manila, P.I. with football-shaped “1” cancellation mark over one 1-peso stamp and one brown 50-centavos stamp; no backstamp; addressed to Margaret McGibbon.
